Ordering, Shipping, Policies
Ordering
Buying your next toy should be fast and easy.
In-stock: All in-stock items are available for immediate purchase and fulfillment. Some products have a slightly different stock status, such as pre-order items. These products will be properly marked on their respective pages, along with all relative information.
Out-of-stock: These products are out of stock, but will be back in stock shortly. Please email us for an estimated restocking time.
Currency
Our website will detect your location and ask whether you would like to change the checkout currency based on your location. You can also access the currency selector at the top of the page. You can select the following currencies for checkout:

- Great British Pounds (GBP)
- Japanese Yen (JPY)

Shipping
Our priority is getting your new toys to you as safely and as soon as possible. There are several shipping options available from USPS and FedEx for your selection at checkout.
Free shipping in the US on orders over $50. Does not include models (kits and receiver-ready).
Warehousing
All orders from this website is shipped from Hayward, California, with the exception of models (kits and receiver-ready). Models will be shipped from our head office in Vancouver, Canada.
Insurance
Insurance is useful for protecting your order during shipping. All packages with models will be shipped with with insurance. If the package is visibly damaged during delivery, open in the presence of the shipping company, and sign for the package noting the visible damage. Please take photos of the damage, and send the photos to us to start the replacement process within 5 business days.
Insurance is currently not available for packages without models. If you require insurance, please contact us ahead of the order.
Processing Time
All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will usually be shipped out the same day. In some situations we may ship out the next business day.
Products marked as Pre-Orders will have an approximate lead time on the product page.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is quoted when selecting shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are an estimate and may be delayed. To cancel an order that is in transit, please see the Refunds section below.
Shipping Restrictions
- Batteries are restricted to CONUS shipping locations. If you add batteries to your order outside of CONUS, the entire order will show as not shippable to your address.
Taxes, Customs and Brokerage
For US customers: you will not be charged any taxes or fees for orders shipped from California. Taxes, customs and brokerage fees are not charged at checkout for models shipped from Canada, but may be charged by the border agency. You are responsible for these fees.
For Canadian customers: you will be charged GST and PST (where relevant) on your orders. Customs and brokerage fees might be charged on packages from California. You are responsible for these fees.
For international customers: you will not be charged any taxes or fees for orders during checkout. Taxes, customs and brokerage fees might be charged when entering your country. You are responsible for these fees.
Shipping Restrictions
- Batteries cannot be shipped by air and therefore restricted to The continental USA (CONUS).
- KST products cannot be individually sold/shipped to Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. KST products can only be sold/shipped to Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg if purchased with model kits.
- If you have anything that is restricted for shipping in your shopping cart, the entire order will show a restriction at checkout. Please remove the restricted items and try again.
Refunds
Most new-in-box products can be returned and refunded (see below for exclusions), minus shipping costs and a 20% restock fee. You must take photos of all the products you wish to refund, and email them directly to us within 5 days of delivery. Once processed, we will send you a return shipping label. Please ensure the package is well packaged.
Orders in transit are eligible for cancellation. Restocking fees apply as above. The return will be either through a package recall where possible, or by you sending it back to us via a return label we provide.
Once we have received the items and have made sure everything is in new-in-box condition, we will issue a refund through your original method of payment within 5 business days.
**Exclusions: Kits, custom orders, and the following parts are non-refundable due to the extremely fragile and/or custom nature of the item: fuselage, wing, horizontal tail, vertical tail, nosecone.
**Any additional expenses incurred during the return process (customs fees, brokerage fees, import taxes, etc) will be deducted from the refund.
Return/refund requests after the 5 days of delivery will be granted at the discretion of ArmSoar Solutions.
Defective Products
Should the product be defective (Servo dead on arrival, etc), please send us an email immediately. We will send instructions on how to proceed.
Small Imperfections
As all DLG's are handmade with extreme resin control to keep weights down, small imperfections are normal for most models, including some of the top models. Imperfections are only cosmetic and do not affect the structural and aerodynamic abilities of the glider. Imperfections affecting structural integrity and aerodynamic performance will not be shipped.
Safety and Liability
Please always exercise the utmost care while constructing and using/flying the products. Follow local guidelines, and we highly recommend joining the local governing body and purchasing their insurance coverage.
ArmSoar Composite Gliders and all affiliates do not accept any responsibilities for damages caused by use of our products.
Prices and information
While all prices and information are kept as accurately as possible, once a while there may be an error (we are human after all!). If you see an error please let us know and we will correct it as quickly as possible.
Prices may change without prior notice (does not affect orders already placed) to reflect exchange rate differences and other factors.
