⚠️ Clearance & Shop Closing — All Sales Final
We're winding down our model shop and clearing out remaining inventory. All sales placed during the clearance are final — no refunds, returns, or exchanges (see the Returns section below for the only exceptions, which cover items that arrive damaged or defective). Please review product pages carefully and reach out before you buy. We're happy to help you pick the right model.
Ordering
Buying your next toy should be fast and easy.
In-stock: All in-stock items are available for immediate purchase and fulfillment. Some products have a slightly different stock status, such as pre-order items. These products will be properly marked on their respective pages, along with all relevant information.
Out-of-stock: These products are temporarily unavailable. As we're closing the model shop, some items may not be restocked. Please email us to check availability.
Currency
Our website will detect your location and ask whether you'd like to change the checkout currency based on your location. You can also access the currency selector at the top of the page. You can select the following currencies for checkout:
- Australian Dollars (AUD)
- Canadian Dollars (CAD)
- Euros (EUR)
- Great British Pounds (GBP)
- Japanese Yen (JPY)
- South Korean Won (KRW)
- US Dollar (USD)
Shipping
Our priority is getting your new toys to you as safely and as soon as possible. There are several shipping options available from USPS and FedEx for your selection at checkout.
Free shipping in the US on orders over $50. Does not include models (kits and receiver-ready).
Warehousing
All orders from this website are shipped from Hayward, California, with the exception of models (kits and receiver-ready). Models are shipped from our head office in Vancouver, Canada.
Insurance
Insurance is useful for protecting your order during shipping. All packages with models are shipped with insurance. If the package is visibly damaged during delivery, open it in the presence of the shipping company, and sign for the package noting the visible damage. Please take photos of the damage and send them to us to start the replacement process within 5 business days.
Insurance is currently not available for packages without models. If you require insurance, please contact us ahead of the order.
Processing Time
All orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day will usually be shipped out the same day. In some situations we may ship out the next business day.
Products marked as Pre-Orders will have an approximate lead time on the product page.
Delivery Time
The estimated delivery time is quoted when selecting shipping options at checkout. Delivery times are an estimate and may be delayed. As all sales are now final, orders cannot be cancelled once placed (see Returns, Refunds & Exchanges below).
Shipping Restrictions
- Batteries cannot be shipped by air and are therefore restricted to the continental USA (CONUS). If you add batteries to an order outside CONUS, the entire order will show as not shippable to your address.
- KST products cannot be individually sold/shipped to Germany, Austria, and Luxembourg. They can only be sold/shipped to these countries if purchased with model kits.
- If you have anything restricted in your cart, the entire order will show a restriction at checkout. Please remove the restricted items and try again.
Taxes, Customs and Brokerage
US customers: You won't be charged any taxes or fees for orders shipped from California. Taxes, customs, and brokerage fees are not charged at checkout for models shipped from Canada, but may be charged by the border agency. You are responsible for these fees.
Canadian customers: You'll be charged GST and PST (where relevant) on your orders. Customs and brokerage fees might be charged on packages from California. You are responsible for these fees.
International customers: You won't be charged any taxes or fees during checkout. Taxes, customs, and brokerage fees might be charged when entering your country. You are responsible for these fees.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
All sales are final. As we close our model shop and clear out remaining inventory, we can no longer offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or order cancellations — including for change of mind, fit, or compatibility. Please review product details carefully and contact us with any questions before ordering.
The only exceptions are items that arrive damaged in transit or defective, handled as follows:
- Damaged in shipping: Follow the steps in the Insurance section above, with photos sent within 5 business days of delivery.
- Defective products: See Defective Products below.
Where an approved replacement isn't possible (e.g. the item is sold out at closing), we'll issue a refund for that item through your original method of payment within 5 business days.
Defective Products
Should a product be defective (e.g. a servo dead on arrival), please email us immediately. We'll send instructions on how to proceed.
Small Imperfections
As all DLGs are handmade with extreme resin control to keep weights down, small imperfections are normal for most models, including some of the top models. Imperfections are only cosmetic and do not affect the structural or aerodynamic abilities of the glider. Imperfections affecting structural integrity or aerodynamic performance will not be shipped.
Safety and Liability
Please always exercise the utmost care while constructing and using/flying the products. Follow local guidelines, and we highly recommend joining your local governing body and purchasing their insurance coverage.
ArmSoar Composite Gliders and all affiliates do not accept any responsibility for damages caused by use of our products.
Prices and Information
While all prices and information are kept as accurate as possible, once in a while there may be an error (we're human after all!). If you spot an error, please let us know and we'll correct it as quickly as possible.
Prices may change without prior notice (this does not affect orders already placed) to reflect exchange rate differences and other factors.
