Deviant: successor to the popular GO Mini 1-meter DLG.
Have you always wanted a model that you can just get in the air and start flying whenever you get the urge? You need a Deviant in your life :)
The Deviant is a successor to the GO Mini in many ways. It takes all that we have learned from the GO Mini and takes it a step further. Built on the proof that a large low-AR wing helps boost both the performance and handling of a 1-meter model, the Deviant continues with the low-AR design with optimizations to launch and penetration. Even in higher winds where other 1 meter models will struggle, the Deviant will stay on step, and when needed, it will take ballast like nothing else.
The construction has also been upgraded to the level of our BAMF models. Made in HAAS machined aluminum moulds, their fit and finish are second to none. And with the experience of our builders in Ukraine, you can expect the quality to be the best on the market.
While the models have retained a full-carbon structure, the foam core has been swapped from the GO Mini's XPS core to Rohacell for better stiffness, ease of build and repairs, and resistance to hanger rash.
The nosecone design makes it very easy to handle the model on the field, and when you damage the nosecone, you can swap it out for a new nosecone helping keep the model looking fresh.
Images shown are a representation of the model only and may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of the model.

I've got maybe 2 or 3 hrs of flying on this plane and the wing cracked behind the blade, I'm 60 years old and have had shoulder surgery 3 years ago and can't throw even close to what this model should be able to withstand. Maybe I got a defective wing or maybe it a design flaw or quality issue all I know is my wing cracked during a modest launch. Other than that I think it's a beautiful model and up until it cracked I was enjoying it very much.

amazing tech
This was my first glider of any kind and I was floored. Took me a while to get the radio setup mainly, but it helped to understand the different modes. Once I had all the deflections and mixes setup properly, the model glided without any trim adjustments - amazing. Just shows how precise the construction is. The model is stiff as a board and feels indestructible. The glide slope seems like magic, it's addictive.

Deviant reciever ready
The plane arrived in perfect condition the packaging was
flawless and impressive. I've had 2 issues with the model so far the aileron push rods are to short. and the elevator was not installed,I pI had to replace it with my own new cable because cable was also to short damaging the surface in the process. A little bit frustrated because this is an expensive model and not easily repaired or replaced. The plane flies like a dream even with the limited travels to the shortened pushrod, so K can't really review the plane until I can get it set up properly

The best 1M DLG
Having the Deviant professionally built is worth it to me. It gets me flying faster and makes setup easier. The quality of the Deviant and the assembly is top notch. I highly recommended it.

Excellent experience
Always wanted to upgrade from my 80’s era Monarch to a modern DLG, Armsoar made that transition a breeze. Did my first discus launch today with my new Deviant, can’t believe how high the glider gets with an easy swing. The Deviant has an amazing glide and great penetration…all around an excellent glider!
